A new year is an exciting time of the year where everyone is geared up and ready to make resolutions that would hopefully change the life of an individual forever. Most of the time you would notice that those resolutions are not realistic but rather a wish list that is baseless. However, having a plan brings hope and something to look forward to everyday.
`The same goes with our company, planning is a road map to the year ahead, a compass that directs our moves and an integral part of our success. Every year our Management and Leaders of the company spend time in reviewing the mission and vision of the company whilst also setting the company goals & targets. Yes, our main focus is always on company development, financial, legal, compliance and human resource management but our social responsibility is one of our top priorities.
We are the community that we operate within, it is therefore our responsibility to uplift it. Our social responsibility includes but not limited to spiritual upliftment, charity & wellness programmes, and sport tournaments.
Lastly, we call our plan, a battle plan and success is inevitable.
